DPC Assignment.
PCP (or DPC) is assigned on census for a member; however, sometimes these need to change, or a new member is added and needs to have a DPC.
Process to add or remove PCP / DPC
- Click into the member
- Click the tab ‘Edit’ at the top
- Click the button ‘Change PCP’
- Select the PCP and the effective date
- Maintaining correct PCP assignment is crucial for invoicing for select plans to work properly; please set aside time at the end of each month to adjust members’ PCPs for the upcoming month so it can be properly invoiced

Action required task to add PCP / DPC
- On the ‘Tasks’ tab on the sidebar, members without PCP assignments (for plan types that require one), will populate
- Please go through each of the members and assign a PCP to ensure correct eligibility and invoicing
