In the portal, click on Invoices on the sidebar, choose an individual monthly invoice, and navigate along the below
Vendor Payments (listed along the top navigation bar)
- Amount to pay and amount paid by vendor.
- If necessary, due to an incorrect billing or another error, credits also populate here to be used in future premium pulls.
Communications (listed along the top navigation bar)
- All associated emails, date of sending, and reference numbers associated with the invoice.
- This includes communication sent to the invoicing emails configured for the employer and any vendors who received a payment listed on the invoice.
Filter By Location/Department (dropdown at the top right)
- Locations/Departments are created as Tags, which allows employers to filter their invoice by location/department to create accurate sub-invoices.
- To achieve this, you must add locations to the Details tab during the onboarding process, and ensure all new employees added to the plan are assigned to a location/department.
