- All employers, members, brokers, carriers, providers, Yuzu internal employees, etc log in through the same link: https://portal.yuzu.health/signin.
- NOTE: if your program is white-labeled, you may see this as https://portal.{partnerUrl}/signin, e.g. https://portal.selffundhealth.com/signin.
- You can log in with your email or phone number and receive a 2-factor code sent to that communication mode within 30 seconds.
- When you receive the code, copy it into the box and hit continue to log in.
Common Issues
- Your email or phone number is not hooked up properly to your account.
- Your email is being sent to spam.
