Profile - update demographic information
- From a specific members page, you can edit profile details by clicking the ‘Edit’ button in the top right corner in the box with the header ‘Profile’

However, if the group is integrated with an HRIS, the changes made on the portal will be overridden the next time the a file is pulled in (typically on a weekly basis)
- Because of this, to make permanent changes to a members profile, the employer / broker must update the HRIS / BenAdmin system
Coverage - update location and department
