We provides three unique tools to help employers, brokers, and Plan Designers audit the plan’s membership to ensure enrollment is up-to-date.
Members page
- This page contains a filterable, downloadable member list that allows you to create a custom data set of members to review.
- Use the filters on top of the list and the Views button on the right to choose your slice of the overall members, then download to Excel for further analysis.
- In the top right corner, click ‘Enrollment History’ to see each change made to member enrollment recorded.
Eligibility report
- Level Health also provides a complete download of all member information (except SSNs) in the Eligibility Report.
- This report is not filterable, but it is slightly more comprehensive as it includes additional fields.
Invoice breakdown
- When you receive your invoice email, you will also receive a link to review the member-level Breakdown in the portal.
- You will be taken to a the Invoices Page, where you can view every member on the plan, what they were charged, and why.
- Carefully reviewing the Breakdown is the best way to ensure eligibility is accurate.
