How do I opt into electronic communication?
Log into my.levelhealthplans.com portal:
- On the “Account” tab on the left of the portal, navigate to the “Communication” section and click the checkbox “I consent to electronic communication only.” From there, you will stop receiving paper communications.
*This is required for all ACH reimbursements. Without opting into electronic communication only, ACH reimbursements will not be able to be completed.
